The Packable LED Cube at Porta di Roma is a large digital LED installation on the façade of the Porta di Roma shopping centre in Rome, created to catch the eye and elevate the visual experience for the millions of visitors who pass through one of Europe’s biggest malls each year. Unlike a normal flat billboard, this cube is made of four LED‑covered faces arranged into a block of nearly 100 square meters of screen space that can actually open and close in rings, adding movement and spectacle to the visuals as it transitions between configurations. Designed to bring immersive motion content together with innovative mechanical design, it has become a standout digital experience in retail media and was even recognised internationally as a finalist in the retail category at the InAVation Awards for its technical creativity and visual impact.
