Business purpose and editorial direction (§ 25 MedienG)

Business purpose (Unternehmensgegenstand): operation of an online platform for the FOOH (fake out-of-home) and digital-out-of-home creative community — a searchable work library, creator profiles, a jobs board, and the FOOH Awards.

Editorial direction (grundlegende Richtung): fooh.com presents, documents and celebrates FOOH and DOOH creative work and the people who make it. The platform is independent and not aligned with any political party.

Online dispute resolution

For consumer disputes that cannot be resolved with us directly, the competent alternative dispute resolution body in Austria is the Internet Ombudsstelle (Österreichisches Institut für angewandte Telekommunikation, Margaretenstraße 70/2/10, 1050 Vienna). We are not obliged, and are generally not willing, to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content and links

As a hosting provider, FOOH FlexCo is responsible for its own content in accordance with the general law. Pursuant to Articles 6 and 8 of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), we are not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored on the platform, nor to actively search for circumstances indicating illegal activity. Upon obtaining actual knowledge of illegal content we act expeditiously to remove it or disable access. Illegal content can be reported at any time to hello@fooh.com (see also our Terms of Service). Our website contains links to external websites over whose content we have no influence; responsibility for that content lies with its respective provider.
