From a small green dot near the corner of the billboard, a rainbow colored television test card pattern in the shape of a cat face appears on an all black screen, with the letters TV overlaying the colors as the Cross Shinjuku Vision logo. A digital clock rapidly cycles until it reaches 15:00, while loading visuals appear with diagonal black and white bars and blue polka dots. The cat face grows longer whiskers that stretch beyond the billboard as the logo twirls and the background shifts into full TV static with gray side panels. Text appears in Japanese and English reading zero gravity, and the screen transitions into a gray, black, and white scene that turns into a puzzle map. A butterfly drifts in from the side as a cat silhouette watches, then the cat’s paw punches through the map and the cat bursts forward, revealing an orange, black, and white cat with a red collar floating and turning upside down with blue letters drifting behind it. The cat appears to lose balance as if drifting beyond the billboard, then is suddenly pulled into a hole on the side along with the letters, leaving a white screen. The letters fall from above to form the word CROSS, followed by the cat dropping in, as the top of the billboard closes and the cat’s tail still extends beyond the edge. The cat later sits on all fours and looks down toward the street, yawns, pauses, looks around again, then lowers its head as if about to sleep. The screen fades to black and returns to the TV signal cat with TV text, followed by Japanese and English text reading Cat’s Talk, as the whiskers stretch beyond the billboard once more. The cat appears again as if jumping forward, and the sequence ends with the Cross Shinjuku Vision text on screen.
