Saving work to a collection
Use the save overlay to file library entries into your collections.
Next to the heart on every library entry there's a save (bookmark) button. It opens an overlay with all your collections. It's also right on the cards — hover one in the grid and the save button shows in the bottom-right corner, so you can file work without opening it first.
How the overlay works
- Each collection has a toggle — switch it on to add the entry, off to remove it. Changes apply instantly, no save button.
- An entry can live in as many collections as you like.
- Got lots of collections? Type in the filter box to narrow the list.
- Need a new one on the spot? Use Create a new collection, type a name, and the collection is created and the entry saved into it in one go.
Saves vs. likes
They're independent:
- Like (heart) — a public signal. Counts show on the entry, and the item lands in your auto-managed Liked collection.
- Save (bookmark) — files the entry into collections you control. Private by default.
You can save without liking and like without saving. For collecting references the save button is usually what you want, because you decide where everything goes.
