Choosing and changing your handle

Your handle is the last part of your profile URL: fooh.com/your-handle. It's what you share with clients, put in your Instagram bio, and what shows up in search results.

How handles are assigned

When you sign up, FOOH generates a handle from your name. If studio-name is already taken, you'll get studio-name-1, studio-name-2, and so on — so it's worth setting one you actually like.

Changing it

Go to Account → Profile → General. The handle field checks availability as you type, so you'll know immediately if your pick is free.

The rules:

• 3 to 60 characters
• lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only
• must be unique across FOOH

One thing to keep in mind

Changing your handle changes your profile URL. The old URL stops working, so anywhere you've linked it — portfolio, social bios, email signatures — needs an update. Pick something you'll keep.
