Awards deadlines and pricing

How the entry tiers work and what they cost.

Entry pricing works in three deadline tiers — the earlier you submit, the less you pay. The work is judged exactly the same in every tier.

The tiers

  1. Early Bird — the cheapest window, right after entries open.
  2. Standard — the main window.
  3. Late — the final stretch before entries close for the year.

Which tier you're in depends on the date you submit, not the date you start filling things in. Current dates and exact prices are always on the pricing page — that page is the source of truth, since they change each awards year.

Single entry vs. unlimited

Each tier has two options:

  • Single entry — one work item into the awards.
  • Unlimited entries — a flat price to enter as many of your work items as you want that year. If you're considering three or more entries, unlimited is usually the better deal.

Practical notes

  • Prices are in USD and exclude VAT where applicable.
  • Payment is by card via Stripe at the time of submission.
  • After the final deadline passes, submissions close and the jury starts reviewing — there's no late-late option, so don't sit on a finished entry.
