Submitting your work to the awards

How entering the FOOH Awards works, and when the window is open.

Submissions open for a set window each awards year and then close on a fixed deadline. They are currently closed — the awards page shows the timeline and the year's status, so check there to see when the next window opens. While submissions are closed you can still view the winners and read up so you're ready when entries reopen.

How it works when the window is open

Entries come straight from your FOOH portfolio, so the flow is short once your work is published:

  1. Publish the work you want to enter. Only published work items can be submitted — upload and fill in the entry at Account → Work first. A complete entry (real brand, correct work types, credits) presents better to the jury.
  2. Pick a category for the piece you're entering.
  3. Select a published work from your portfolio to enter into that category — or, if the campaign isn't in your library yet, paste a link to it and add the brand and credits by hand. You can add several entries in one go.
  4. Pay the entry fee via Stripe — card checkout, you're returned to FOOH afterwards. The price depends on the deadline tier in effect (see deadlines and pricing); a single entry and an unlimited bundle are both available.

After submitting

Track your entries at your submissions. Once the window closes, the jury reviews every entry, then a public vote decides the winners (see "Awards voting and winners" for the full flow).

A few rules of thumb

  • Enter the strongest cut, not the longest one.
  • The entry's library page is what the jury and voters see — a broken video or a missing brand name is avoidable damage.
  • Earlier is cheaper: prices step up across the deadline tiers, so submitting early saves money for identical treatment.
