Posting a job or brief

Reach FOOH creators with a job post or freelance project brief.

Hiring or commissioning? Post at fooh.com/post-brief. You'll need an account, then the form walks you through it.

Job or project?

Pick at the top of the form:

  • Hiring (Job) — an employment position. You'll set the employment type (full-time, part-time, contract) and a salary range.
  • Freelance (Project) — a brief. You'll set who you're looking for (freelancer, studio, agency, or any), a budget range, and a timeline.

The form — three steps

Step 1 — details. Title, discipline (CGI, VFX, AI Video, 3D Animation, Motion Design, Creative Direction, or Other — pick Other to type your own), and location — start typing a city and the country fills in. Tick Open to remote if the role can be done remotely (it's independent of the location, so an on-site role can still be open to remote). Depending on the type you'll also set the employment type and salary range (jobs) or who you're looking for, a budget range, and a timeline (projects). Then the description, and where can people apply? — the external link applicants are sent to (your careers page, ATS link, or a mailto: address). The Company information section at the bottom collects your company or brand name, your website, an optional logo (JPEG, PNG, or WebP, up to 5 MB), and a contact email.

Discipline and location power the job directory, so your post also shows up on the matching boards (for example a CGI role in Berlin appears under CGI jobs and jobs in Germany).

Step 2 — preview. See exactly how your listing will look — title, description, and the company card with your logo, website link, job type, location, and date. Hit Edit listing to go back, or Continue when it looks right.

Step 3 — checkout. A secure full-screen payment step. Enter your card and click Post my job.

The description carries the post. Format it with bold, italic, and bullet or numbered lists so it stays scannable: what the work is, what you expect, how to stand out. Short on time? Hit Rewrite with AI in the description toolbar to tighten up and structure what you've written.

How people apply

Applications are handled on your side. The Apply for this position button on your listing links straight to the apply URL you provide, so candidates land in your own careers page or ATS (or email you, if you used a mailto: link). FOOH doesn't collect applications for you.

Pricing and going live

  • A listing is €149 every 30 days — a subscription that keeps your post live. Cancel anytime.
  • You're charged €149 now, then again every 30 days while the listing stays active.

Pay by card via Stripe on the checkout step. Your post goes live once the first payment completes.

Drafts — editing, finishing, or deleting

If you leave before paying, your listing is saved as a draft under Account → Your Jobs. Click the draft to re-open it in the editor exactly one step before checkout — make your changes, then Continue to pay and go live, or hit Delete draft at the bottom to remove it. Drafts aren't visible to anyone until paid.

Cancelling

Open your live listing (click it under Account → Your Jobs) and hit Cancel subscription in the owner bar at the top. It stays live through the period you've already paid for, then closes — you're not charged again.
