View a workflow breakdown
Walk through a creator's reel shot by shot — scrub the timeline, open each recipe, copy a prompt, and jump to the tool that made it.
A workflow lets you walk through how a reel was made, one shot at a time. You'll find them on the Workflows hub, on a creator's profile, and linked from a reel's work page as "How I made this →".
Unlocking a breakdown
Some workflows ask you to unlock them first — either by leaving your email or by following the creator on Instagram. It's a one-time step, and we remember it on your device so you won't be asked again. If you're signed in to FOOH, you skip the gate entirely.
On your phone
Most people watch on mobile, so that's where it shines. The reel plays full-screen; tap once to unmute. Two ways to move through it, switchable from the toggle at the bottom:
- Play — the reel runs end to end and a sheet at the bottom auto-swaps to the current shot's recipe. Drag the handle up to see the full chain.
- Swipe — each shot loops on its own card. Swipe up for the next shot, down for the previous one.
On desktop
You get a three-pane view: the timeline on top, the recipe on the left, the player on the right. Click any shot on the strip to jump to it, or press Space to play and pause. Press Space twice quickly to replay the current shot.
Inside a shot
Each shot's recipe is an ordered chain of steps. For every step you'll see:
- The tool used, as a chip you can tap to open it in a new tab.
- The exact prompt — hit the copy icon to grab the whole thing, even if it's clamped.
- The input frames that fed it — tap a thumbnail to view it full-screen.
On desktop you can also hit Copy frame over the player to copy the exact frame on screen to your clipboard.
When you're done, the Close button in the top-right corner takes you back to the workflows hub.
