Videographer for CGI Project in London (ASAP)

We're looking for a freelance videographer based in London for a very short-notice commercial CGI production.

Project

The shoot consists of one single shot in the Big Ben / Westminster area, which will serve as the plate for a high-end CGI advertisement.

Shoot Details

  • Location: Big Ben / Westminster, London

  • One static or minimally moving shot

  • Final clip length: approximately 8–12 seconds

  • 1–2 extras required for the shot

  • Shoot date: ASAP (latest next week)

  • Estimated on-site time: 1–2 hours

Responsibilities

  • Capture the required video plate according to our shot brief.

  • Capture a 360° HDRI (High Dynamic Range Image) at the shooting location for accurate CGI lighting and reflections.

  • (Preferred) Organize 1–2 extras for the scene.

  • Coordinate with our team before and during the shoot if required.

Requirements

  • Professional camera capable of capturing high-quality commercial footage.

  • Experience with commercial or VFX productions is a plus.

  • Ability to capture 360° HDRIs (bracketed panoramas) or equivalent lighting references.

  • Ability to work efficiently in public locations.

  • Fast turnaround for footage delivery.

Deliverables

  • Original camera files

  • Video plate (8–12 seconds)

  • 360° HDRI (bracketed RAW images or processed .HDR/.EXR)

  • Camera information (camera model, lens, focal length, frame rate, resolution, etc.)

  • Additional reference photos of the location, if possible
