Speaking Rock Roulette Spins Beyond Screen

Numbered tiles fill the background as bold red text appears at the bottom reading “CELEBRATE THE 4TH OF JULY AT SPEAKING ROCK. LET FREEDOM RING WITH EVERY SPIN!!!” The text slides as three dice roll forward and attach to the screen. Glass walls then slide open, revealing a roulette wheel that rises and spins outward beyond the billboard. After rotating in midair, it moves back inside as red, blue, and white dice fall from the top of the screen.
