Managing applications in your inbox

Every application to a post you ran lands in your inbox at your account. One place for all your posts.

Find the right applicants

Two filters narrow the list:

• By job — pick a post from the dropdown to see only its applicants, or keep "All jobs" for everything at once.
• By status — switch between New, Shortlisted, and Rejected. Each tab shows a count so you know what's still waiting on you.

Review an application

Each card shows the applicant's name, which post they applied to, when, and a preview of their message. Expand a card to see the full picture:

• Screening answers — their replies to any questions you set, laid out question by question.
• Message — the full cover note they wrote, if any.
• View full portfolio — opens their creator profile in a new view, so you can judge the work itself.

Sort candidates

Set a status on each applicant from the dropdown on their card — New, Shortlisted, or Rejected. It saves right away and moves them under the matching tab, so your shortlist stays separate from the rest.

Reaching out

The inbox isn't a chat. When you want to talk to a candidate, get in touch using the contact email on their profile — open it from View full portfolio.
