Instagram post size and grid crop
Instagram profile grid video size: 1080 × 1440 px (3:4). 3:4 tile (posts grid), every post cropped to it · 9:16 tile (reels tab), every post cropped to it. Instagram profile grid itself asks for up to 1080 px wide and files up to 8 MB, as JPEG (partly from its publishing API for images).
