Ok now, let’s get into what happened this week. 🚀

Is this the most expensive ad ever?

LEGO just teamed up with FIFA and somehow got Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, Kylian Mbappé and Vinícius Júnior into one campaign.

And with a legendary cast like that, they already knew what people would think — so they added #HonestlyItsNotAI.

✅ Wikipedia bans AI content

As of this week, the platform will be tightening rules and banning certain uses of AI in editing — citing concerns around accuracy, sourcing, and reliability.

✅  AI Is Now Casting Influencers

AI is starting to replace one of the most human parts of marketing: finding the right creators.

New tools are helping agencies scan thousands of profiles, predict performance, and match brands with influencers faster than any manual process could. The result? Less gut feeling, more data-driven casting. And potentially a shift in who actually gets picked and why.

✅ Apple hires Lilian Rincon to lead AI product marketing.

Rincon, previously at Google, will oversee how Apple positions its AI features — including the upcoming Siri overhaul — as the company pushes deeper into AI.

✅ Brands went all in for April Fools this year.

From KitKat’s heist to headline-grabbing campaigns from Duolingo and Tinder. Our personal favorite: Crunch Fitness dropping a protein vape.

Absurd on paper and even crazier when you see that people actually believed it.

🧠 WEEKLY AI CREATIVE

What if Rimowa collaborated with Nothing?

This is Part 3 of the series where we test the AI tools everyone is talking about — and figure out what they’re actually useful for.

Because right now, it’s a lot.

New tools, new workflows, new “best ways” every week — and it’s getting harder to tell what’s worth your time. So instead of trying to cover everything, we’re building things with them.

See the full breakdown (prompts included), and how far you can push NanoBanana Pro and Kling 3.0 in this weeks spec ad.
