European Athletics Championships Drone Show

This '1 Month to Go' countdown film for the European Athletics Championships 2026 opens with a series of shots around the Alexander Stadium in Birmingham, the city for the 2026 event. We see pink drones taking off from the ground, forming into a shape above The Bullring in Birmingham City Centre and starting the drone show.
We then travel to a variety of European countries where the same type of drones are seen in the sky - starting with Paris, where we see the Eiffel Tower, then the Rynek Główny (Main Market Square) in Kraków, Poland, before moving onto the Colosseum in Rome, Italy, hovering above the Acropolis in Athens, Greece, and lighting up the sky in Stockholm, Sweden.
The European tour doesn't finish there - we quickly move onto the 25 de Abril Bridge in Lisbon, Portugal, where the drones reflect in the Tagus River, they surround Bratislava Castle, in Slovakia and light up the peak of the Matterhorn in Switzerland.
We finish up back where we started, in the skies above Alexander Stadium, where the drones form the shape of the competition logo, before quickly rearranging into the key message of '1 Month to Go'.
